Insight Press Release

Insight, the leading pan Asian loss adjusters, today announced it has made a further major step into the Indonesian market with the signing of a technical collaboration agreement with a local adjuster.

Insight, who is based in Singapore and is also the Lloyd's Agent there, has signed an agreement to provide technical advice to PT Prima Adjusterindo Mandiri ("Prima") of Jakarta.

The deal entails Insight and Prima working closely on a range of projects, principally
in the Indonesian market but also for the international market.

Prima has agreed that Insight shall vet all client reports before issue so that together
both parties can assure clients of the highest quality standards.

For Insight, the agreement heralds a new era for the company in Indonesia and

retire shortly.

was launched nearly four years ago and has a wide array of expertise, ranging from
property and casualty to construction, engineering, liability and marine cargo classes.

losses as a result.

regional hub and its Pak Neo is well known in the London market. We can tap on

Singapore involving the MRT Nicoll Highway collapse.

Our clients are increasingly doing business overseas and we can now indeed help
them to service their customers anywhere in the world through Insight's offices in
many parts of Asia and the Middle East and also Insight's major appointment as the
Asia Regional Office for vrs Universe which has over 300 offices in 70 countries".

Insight's group managing director, Mr Nehemiah Neo said today :

"We are very pleased to be teaming up with Prima in Indonesia in this wide ranging
technical co-operation agreement. They are a young, technically-driven company
and the 3 founders have a total of 30 years of working experience with the leading
international loss adjusters.

I believe they represent the future of the market in Indonesia and we are delighted to
be working alongside them. We can identify very much with them as we ourselves
went through a similar phase of growth not so long ago and we aim to help them in
accelerating their next stage of growth.

Prima shares our vision of integrity and professionalism for the loss adjusting sector
in the Asia region which is why we have chosen to work with them in providing top
quality service to the international insurance and reinsurance market.
